The certification is the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) certification — YCB is the national board for yoga certification under the Ministry of AYUSH. Swasti Bharat is the platform that delivers the training on the YCB syllabus, together with YCB-approved institutes; the certificate is awarded through the approved institute on successful assessment. Swasti Bharat itself is a wellness brand by Yoga Praya Circle, not a government body.

If you’re new to yoga, start with the Yoga Volunteer or Yoga Protocol Instructor course. With experience you can progress to Yoga Wellness Instructor, Yoga Teacher & Evaluator, Yoga Master, or specialise in Yoga Therapy. Not sure? Contact us and we’ll guide you.

Both. You join live practical and theory classes with our mentors, and every session is also recorded so you can revise anytime. You won’t miss a lesson if you can’t attend live.

It depends on the course. Foundation courses like Yoga Volunteer are open to everyone with no eligibility criteria. Higher certifications and therapy courses may suggest prior schooling or a degree — the exact eligibility is listed on each course page.

You’ll have mock tests and practice through the course. Certification is based on the YCB assessment, and most courses require a minimum 80% attendance to be eligible.

Yes. The certifications qualify you to teach yoga in schools, studios, workplaces, wellness centres and — for therapy courses — in clinical and rehabilitation settings, depending on the level.
