01 Our courses

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Swasti Bharat website and the courses offered by Yoga Praya Circle Private Limited. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

Swasti Bharat offers yoga education and training built on the syllabus of the Yoga Certification Board (YCB), delivered together with YCB-approved institutes. Swasti Bharat is a learning platform and wellness brand — not a certifying authority itself. Course content, schedule, mentors and batch timings may be updated to maintain quality.

02 Enrolment & accounts

You must provide accurate information when enrolling and keep your account credentials secure.
Access to classes, recordings and materials is for your personal use only and must not be shared, resold or redistributed.

03 Certification

Certification is awarded subject to meeting attendance, assessment and other requirements specified for each course. Swasti Bharat prepares and trains you for certification; the certifying authority and its standards govern the final credential.

04 Fees & payments

Course fees are shown at the time of enrolment. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment partners. Any applicable taxes are charged as per law.

05 Code of conduct

We expect respectful conduct in all classes and channels. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, sharing of content, or behaviour that disrupts other learners.

06 Intellectual property

All course content, recordings, materials, logos and branding are the property of Yoga Praya Circle Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or distribute them without permission.

07 Health disclaimer

Please read before you practise Yoga involves physical activity. Please consult a physician before beginning, especially if you have any medical condition.

You participate at your own discretion and are responsible for practising safely within your limits.

08 Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swasti Bharat is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or courses.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered location.
