We want you to be confident when you enrol with Swasti Bharat. This policy explains, plainly, how cancellations and refunds work for our courses — before a batch begins, after it starts, and if we ever have to postpone.

Cancel before your course start date and you’re eligible for a refund of the fees paid, less any non-refundable registration or payment-gateway charges.

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch, choose a transfer to another batch or a full refund of the fees paid for that course.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days depending on your bank or provider.

The short version Cancel before your batch starts for a refund (minus registration and gateway charges). Once classes have begun and you’ve been given access, fees are generally non-refundable — though we review genuine emergencies fairly. If we postpone a batch, you get a transfer or a full refund. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in about 7–10 working days.

01 Cancellation by you

You may request a cancellation by writing to us at admin@swastibharat.com before your batch begins.
Requests made before the course start date are eligible for a refund of the fees paid, less any non-refundable registration or payment-gateway charges.

02 After the course begins

Once classes have started and you have been given access to live sessions, recordings and study material, fees are generally non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.
In exceptional cases (such as a documented medical emergency), please contact us — we will review your request fairly and may offer a credit to join a later batch.

03 Cancellation by us

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch, you will be offered a transfer to another batch or a full refund of the fees paid for that course.

04 How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 working days. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

05 Installments & offers

For courses paid in instalments or under a special offer, refund amounts are calculated on the fees actually received and the terms of the offer.

06 How to request a refund

Email admin@swastibharat.com with your name, registered phone/email and course name. Our team will confirm the next steps.
